- CASS™ Certified products - We append the correct ZIP+4® and delivery
point codes, determine carrier route codes, and standardize addresses
according to U.S. Postal Service® regulations.
- NCOA File Processing - Mandatory for all presorted mailings. We are a licensed NCOA vendor.
- List Enhancement - Determine genderization, spell out specific
field information, change all caps data to upper and lower case.
- Postal Presorting - Optimizing routines determine lowest
possible postage based on selected class of mail and minimize delivery time.
- Target and Lifestyle Marketing Selection - Accomplished through
a variety of demographic and lifestyle selection criteria.
- Electronic Document Delivery and Email Blasts - Documents or notices automatically emailed to your list.
We accept data in all popular database and spreadsheet formats either on
diskette, CD, and mainframe files on tape or cartridge. Data can also be emailed
or posted directly on our system via FTP (if you wish, we will create a private
FTP site for you).
