Utilizing data provided by our clients, we then produce highly personalized survey packages, assemble them with appropriate incentives of crisp currency and place them in the mailstream. Our clients can watch the mail move through the stream using Century’s Mail Tracking Technology and follow up with the recipient using other channels, the timing of which is based upon delivery information received from postal scans picked up with our system. We use highly sophisticated algorithms to generate randomized images and text of surveys so that the placement of a survey question on a page does not skew the response to that question.
