Cheryl Kananowicz

As Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Cheryl leads the strategic direction, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy for Content Critical Solutions, Century Direct Solutions, and Madcar. 

Working closely with executive leadership, she oversees sales, marketing, and business development initiatives across the organization while driving expansion into new markets and strengthening client partnerships. With more than 25 years of experience in customer communications management, Cheryl has led strategic client engagements spanning digital communications, print, mail, fulfillment, and integrated communication solutions. 

Known for her client-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service, she has built lasting relationships by helping organizations solve complex communication and operational challenges. 

Cheryl holds a bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University and has completed executive leadership programs through Washington University and the Yale School of Management.
