Working closely with executive leadership, he is responsible for advancing the organization's technology infrastructure, driving digital transformation, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering scalable solutions that support operational excellence and long-term growth. With more than 30 years of experience in application development and enterprise technology, 

Douglas has built and led technology initiatives across the financial software, billing software, and life sciences industries. He also spent 16 years in the transactional communications industry, developing technology solutions that supported digital, print, and mail communications for leading telecommunications and cable providers.
