Yelena Chapkis

As Chief Operations Officer, Yelena leads the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of operations across Content Critical Solutions, Century Direct Solutions, and Madcar. 

Working closely with executive leadership, she is responsible for developing and implementing organizational improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive overall business performance across the organization. For more than twenty years, Yelena has held key management and executive leadership positions in programming, development, and financial analysis within the printing and information management industry. 

Her extensive experience in product development, data management, and financial analysis provides a broad perspective on cross-company operations, including client relations, contract compliance, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
